Thank you to everyone who came last week and contributed to the great discussion on how we picture the Devil. I enjoyed it and appreciated your viewpoints.
This week on Wednesday at 7:30 pm, Theology on Tap will be at The Beer Trappe on Euclid. Yay! I will head over from the church at 7:20 pm. If anyone would like a ride to the Trappe from the church and back, I can carry 4 people in my car. I will wait in the assembly room for those who would like rides. We will finish at 8:30 pm sharp to respect those who have other evening plans.
This week we will continue the discussion on the Devil and discuss whether such a figure exists and its character. I will bring some lists of Bible references for the Devil to give us something to work with.
All are welcome and no theological training is required. "Theo-logy" is literally "study of God" and this is a place where we seek to think more deeply about our faith, God, and life. Much of the wisdom comes from the perspectives that we gather.
